We generally ship orders within 24-48 hours depending on the time your order was completed. Orders placed by 5pm EST will be processed on the same day and shipped the following day (24 hours from order). Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the following day and either shipped the same day as processing or the following day (24-48 hours from order). We do not ship products on Sunday or U.S national holidays.
All orders are shipped via USPS and are mailed through Priority Mail. Domestic Priority Mail shipping takes 1-3 business days and includes a tracking number. International shipping to APO addresses can take up to 3 weeks and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not happy with your item for any reason, returns are allowed within 14 days of delivered package (according to tracking number). Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please email your request to email@example.com">firstname.lastname@example.org and include your full name, purchase order number, and items purchased. Once approved for a refund, send your item to: Miss Military Mom, PO Box 600176, Jacksonvile, FL 32260. When your return is received, inspected and has been approved for a refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible to pay for all shipping fees including the cost to ship the return item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, please first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, the value of the purchase will be credited to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the purchaser.
